Important: Please read these Terms and Conditions in full before placing any order containing furniture items.

Terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice contingent upon approval. Otherwise pre-paid only. For your convenience we accept MasterCard and Visa.

Prices: Prices on this wholesale price list are FOB St. Louis, MO, and are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order:  Furniture - $2500.00 list ($2000 net) minimum first order to qualify for truck pricing.   Reorder minimum $1500.00 net ($1875 list) is required to qualify for truck pricing. Reorders of less than $1500.00 will be charged regular wholesale price and actual freight.

Accessories - $250 minimum.  Reorders $100. All accessory orders ship actual freight.

Special Furniture Freight Guarantee:  Furniture - All orders of $2000 - $2999 net qualify for a special guaranteed freight rate of 15% and orders of $3000 or more net qualify for a special guaranteed freight rate of 10%.  Orders less than $2000 net will be shipped actual freight. In order to qualify for the freight guarantee, shipments must be made by the carrier of our choice to a commercial address with a dock. Inside delivery, residential delivery, lift gate and other special requests will incur additional charges. The customer is always welcome to specify a carrier, but these shipments will be shipped freight collect. In addition, upon your request you may pick up your order at one of our showroom/warehouses.

Claims: Each furniture piece has been inspected prior to shipment. Upon receipt of your order you should inspect each carton carefully and notify the driver of any obvious damage prior to signing any documentation. Damage resulting from the carrier mishandling the shipment is the responsibility of the carrier, not A.A. Importing Company. In this instance you should promptly file a claim with the delivering carrier. Within five (5) days of receipt, all boxes should be opened and the merchandise inspected. If any damages are noted, please call A.A. Importing Company and report the damage immediately. Retain all packing material until your claim has been resolved, as returns must be made in the original packing. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned freight collect.

Pieces Requiring Assembly: Take special care when opening boxes containing furniture with multiple pieces requiring assembly. Do not throw away packing material until these pieces have been fully assembled. Missing components are almost always found upon re-inspection of the packaging. We do not stock spare parts. Please open boxes carefully.

Imperfections: Normal deluxing is the responsibility of the dealer. Pieces can be lighter or darker than as pictured in the catalog due to lighting variations and other factors. Please remember that many pieces are hand painted, and as a result there will be variations in color, artwork, and finish from piece to piece. No returns will be accepted for any such variations.

Availability: Although we maintain a large inventory of painted furniture, we cannot guarantee the availability of all the furniture all the time. If you are looking for specific pieces, please call ahead to verify availability at the showroom of your choice. Any pieces that are currently unavailable may be ordered and are normally available for pickup 90 to 120 days after placement of the order.
